Featured Profile and Category Sponsor: the terms

Featured Profile: £149 a year
- Your own description and current offer on your page
- Call, website and booking buttons on your page
- A “Featured” badge, and first place on your category’s directory page
Your text, links and offer go live on your page automatically when you send them from your confirmation page. We don’t add prices, awards or claims you haven’t made.
Category Sponsor: £49 a month
- Everything in Featured Profile
- The one “Sponsored” slot on your category’s directory page
- The “Sponsored” slot on your category’s best-of guide, once one is published
- Category exclusivity: no competitor can buy it while you hold it
One sponsor per category. If the category is already taken you can join the waitlist instead, and no payment is taken. The slot is filled from your business page (name, phone and your website or booking link) and is always labelled “Sponsored”. It runs on your category’s directory page, and on its best-of guide once we publish one.
Rankings never change because of payment
Our guides are ordered on public information, not on who pays. Paying doesn’t move you up them, and not paying doesn’t move anyone down. Paid placements are always labelled “Featured” or “Sponsored”. The only paid ordering is on the category directory pages, where Featured businesses are listed first and badged.
Renewal
A Featured Profile renews automatically every year at £149. A Category Sponsorship renews automatically every month at £49. Stripe emails a receipt each time. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it; if it still can’t be taken, the subscription ends and the Featured and Sponsored placements come off.
How to cancel
Use the “Manage or cancel your subscription” link on your confirmation page . It opens Stripe’s secure billing page, where you can cancel, update your card or download invoices. You can also message us and we’ll cancel it for you.
When you cancel, you keep everything until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. After that, your badge, your own text and buttons and any Sponsored slot are removed automatically, and your page goes back to the free listing built from public information.

Your content
Only send text you own or have permission to use. We remove anything that is misleading, unlawful or inappropriate, and links are stripped from descriptions (your website and booking links have their own buttons). Your contact name and email are kept private and are never shown on the site. See our privacy policy.
